Il Ristorante nell'antico refettorio

The Renowned Restaurant of Monte del Re, is obtained the circles of the refectory, opened at lunch and at dinner as for client of the Hotel as external clients, offers a warm atmosphere for romantic dinners or lunches and dinners evocative work.

The guest will tasting dishes from our traditional cuisine revisited from international experience of our chef UMBERTO CAVINA  and his Staff. The personnel of the restaurant will assist the client with attentive service and a family enviroment


Sala Ristorante:   capienza fino a 70 posti
Sala Chiostro Pozzo:   capienza fino a 50 posti
Sala Chiostro Bar:   capienza fino a 90 posti
Sala Chiesa Sconsacrata:   capienza fino a 170 posti
Sala La Sagrestia:   capienza fino a 40 posti

In the restaurant is also possible organize gala dinner, dinner and lunch for convention.
For a meeting we organize a personal packet that include meeting room, accommodations, lunch,  dinner and coffe-break

 

Exterior restaurant

During summer period Monte del Re’s restaurant invites You at the pool’s border with its charming originality, where is possible tasting the traditional cuisine “ Emiliano-Romagnola”.
You can taste the local product combined with the originality of Spanish tapas.

The restaurant will be opened from 12.00 a.m to 11.00 p.m.

Umberto Cavina and his staff

Umberto Cavina has worked for years with the greatest Italian chefs as Gualtiero Marchesi at the Grand Hotel Quisisana of Capri and Gino Angelini at the Rex Restaurant in Los Angeles. He collaborated with Stephen all'Halkin Hotel London Cavallini. These experiences alongside Masters that are on the top of world cuisine to help you find at Monte del RE cooking class, providing emotions deserve to be remembered.
But Umberto is really just a part of a close group of professionally trained staff with international experience ready to seek new flavors for its customers and offer new culinary experience.
